My name is Ashley Gonzalez, and I am the licensed provider of Little Homesteaders Daycare. I was raised in Montana and now permanently reside in Southeast Michigan with my husband and children. Previously, I owned a daycare in Garden City, Michigan for four years. I have many years of training and experience in Early Childhood Development, pediatric first aid, CPR certification, BloodBorne Pathogens training, certification in Food safety, and many other certifications. I love being a mom, wife, and teacher/advocate to all my tiny friends. I also enjoy baking sourdough bread, gardening, fishing, teaching, and taking care of all my farm animals. I am very interested in holistic approaches to life and strive to limit toxins, chemicals, and preservatives in my household and daycare. Additionally, I aim to raise kids to be nature lovers like myself, lead an eco-conscious lifestyle, and learn life skills. This brings me to the sole purpose of why I created a homestead eco-friendly farm school forming the perfect environment for children to thrive and hit all their developmental milestones.
